I have a friend who said that she works at adventure landing. She has lied alot before and I dont know whether she is lying or telling the truth. She is only 13. Can she work at adventure landing at that age?

Any ideas? I have heard of couchsurfing which is going to be a great tool for me, but any hope in low rates for college students? I want to immerse myself in different cultures as much as possible (but with a semi-tiny budget.) if it matters, i am a college student.

I want to have a real adventure, not something that you would do in your backyard. Something that is like the way The Chronicles of Narnia is but realistic, because Centaurs and talking animals are not real. Stuff simular to Lord of the Rings. I want to go on a adventure thats not stupid, something exciting but also dangerous. Help me out?
